About Us

NAADAM (National Association for the Advancement of Dalits, Adivasis, and Minorities) is a registered non-profit, non-government voluntary organization. It is the CSR arm of Anion Healthcare Services, a leading healthcare BPO services company based out of Hyderabad, India.
NAADAM came into existence because of the good intentions of two NRI directors and promotors of Anion Healthcare. They are the doctor-couple Devaiah and Rudramadevi Pagidipati. It was their ambition and a deep desire to ‘payback’ to the society from where they came that led to the formation of NAADAM.

Philanthropic philosophy

“Service to Humanity is Service to God”

Ideology and Philosophy of NAADAM is straight and simple – support the worthy members of the lower strata of the society based on social and economic parameters. The belief is that the societal and national development and progress depends on academic, and economic empowerment of the members that are deprived of the privileges of the modern society. Our programs are all centered around 5E’s, i.e. Education, Employment, Entrepreneurship, Economic Equality, Empowerment; and Health. We are supported by likeminded members across the world.

VISION (5E’s)

  • Educating the marginalized meritorious students
  • Employment to support the jobless youth and their families
  • Entrepreneurial assistance to establish independent stability
  • Economic Equality to be inculcated and propagated for social justice
  • Empowering the underprivileged youth to navigate their future
  • Health for the rural poor

MISSION

NAADAM embraces the SC, ST, and Minority students of the marginalized sections of the society who are genuinely meritorious and absolutely poor in order to provide them complete financial support they need to achieve their goals, which their parents can’t afford. NAADAM works as a foster parent to mentor them as future leaders.

Besides, NAADAM also is ever ready to reach out to the needy in times of natural calamities; art and cultural culmination; medical assistance; food supply; academic and non-academic programs, etc.
